Delicious Healthy Meals

Nutrition is a key aspect of getting in your best shape. You will not see amazing results if you don’t have a solid nutrition program. This is a fact you will have to accept. It’s okay to be discouraged, eating healthy can be enjoyable. Although it may not be as easy as eating fast food junk food, there is a saying that can help you get through this. “Nothing good ever comes easy.” Here’s my attempt at meal prep companies helping you a bit.

These are the foods I love to include in my daily diet to ensure that I eat healthy.

1. My Morning Smoothie

Every morning, I make a smoothie with rolled oats and natural peanut butter. My Magic Bullet makes it easy to make a nutritious and delicious meal.

2. Raw Nuts

This is not a meal, but it’s a healthy snack that you can include throughout the day to help keep your metabolism humming and satisfy your cravings. You should always choose the simplest form of nuts. It doesn’t matter if they have been honey roasted or chocolate coated. A handful of pecans or raw almonds are good options.

3. Chicken Salad

Each evening, I pack some salads for lunch and snacks at work. I start with lettuce or spinach, then add chicken, cucumbers and half of an avacado. An oil-based dressing is always my choice. To be truthful, I only use extra virgin oil. The vegetables and the chicken are the main ingredients of the flavor.

4. Stir Fry

This is a favorite of mine that I haven’t been to in a while. It’s delicious, I don’t know why. I use either a chicken breast, or a piece of lean beef to make the pieces. After I have fried the chicken breast, I will add a can of brown rice, mushrooms, broccoli, and green pepper to my dish. Once everything is done, I will add the soy sauce and balsamic vinice for flavor. It’s delicious!

5. Chicken Fajitas

This wrap is the only problem. It doesn’t matter which bread or wrap you choose, if the ingredients aren’t listed, it’s likely you won’t be able to identify most of them. This is not the best thing. I prefer whole grain wraps as it’s the most healthy. Cut up chicken breasts and fry them in olive oil. Add some peppers and mushrooms to the mix. Mix in chicken fajita spice and top it off with salsa. This is my absolute favorite meal!
